These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BatchWatermark (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended to assist with legitimate workflows. The service provider is not responsible for damages or loss resulting from incorrect, negligent or unlawful use of the Service. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for business-critical decisions.
